Additionally included in this recent image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing living quarters, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a key identifying distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for marina coverings.
